Shipping and delivery differ depending on the product type.
2. Physical Product Processing Time

Physical products are made to order and/or processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During busy periods (launches, promotions, or holidays), processing times may be extended.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

If shipping is unavailable to your location, this will be reflected at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method.

5. Physical Product Tracking

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

7. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur a reshipping fee.

Faith Driven Bosses is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
8. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Physical Products

Once handed to the carrier, delivery delays are outside our control.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, contact the carrier first.

For damaged items, email hello@faithdrivenbosses.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
We will assess and determine an appropriate resolution.

10. Digital Product Access Issues
If you experience issues accessing your digital product:

11. Digital Product Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products:

All digital product sales are final

No refunds are provided once access has been granted

Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, lack of use, or lack of results

12. Mixed Orders (Physical + Digital Products)

Digital products will be delivered electronically and do not affect shipping times for physical products.
